TRUSTe is discontinuing its service. Effective Feb. 26, 2015, we will be discontinuing TRUSTe Privacy Service and TRUSTe Privacy Service with Seal products. After this date, you will no longer be able to manage, purchase or renew any of these products. In addition, all users will be required to remove any reference to TRUSTe after Mar. 31, 2015.
For resellers with active TRUSTe services, the following options are available:
Request a digital copy of your privacy policy
Continue to display your privacy policy on your website, by requesting a digital copy (without any reference to TRUSTe) from our support team. Please note: it is your responsibility to validate that the information in your privacy policy is accurate and reflects any changes to your business and/or privacy laws prior to posting (and on an ongoing basis).
Request a refund for unused time
If your privacy policy expires after Mar. 31, 2015, you can request a pro-rated refund for the remaining time. Please contact our support team indicating the website URL and expiry date of your service. Once we have verified your request, your reseller account will be reimbursed with a credit.
