SiteLock 9-1-1

SiteLock’s 911 scan is an automated one-time malware cleanup service. It ensures that the website is moved to the front of the SiteLock scanning queue for immediate downloading, scanning, and cleaning with expedited results. As soon as this is complete, you are sent an email notification so you know the malware has been removed. This service starts running within approximately 30 minutes of purchase.

What is the difference?

This solution leverages the same technology as SMART (Secure Malware Alert Removal Tool) that is included in the Find, Fix & Prevent package, but the nature of how it works is different. The subscription plan runs daily on a specific schedule, and if a problem is found, it will get fixed, but only at that scheduled time or several hours afterward. SiteLock 911 does this immediately so the customer’s website is worked on within minutes of purchase and configuration.

After using SiteLock 911, we strongly encourage users to subscribe to the Fix or Prevent packages to provide a more proactive approach to security.
