OpenSRS Email Cluster B
There will be a 90 minute maintenance window for OpenSRS Email Cluster B (provisioning only) on Tuesday, February 17 – Wednesday, February 18, 2009 UTC. We will use this time to apply database patches to the Cluster B provisioning system. The patches will address identified bugs and have been fully tested in our development and Quality Assurance (QA) environments.

Service Impact: OpenSRS Email Cluster B will be degraded. Customers will have no access to Provisioning. All customer mailboxes via SMTP, POP, IMAP, or Webmail will be fully available. Inbound and outbound mail will also be available.

We do not anticipate needing the entire window. We are scheduling 90 minutes as a precaution. As always, we will keep you informed of any changes through System Status.

The .CC and .TV registry has a scheduled maintenance on Friday, February 20, 2009.
